Psychiatric Services (60 minutes)
This visit is designed to take a whole-person approach to your mental health. We’ll explore both emotional and physical factors contributing to symptoms such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress, and work together to develop a thoughtful, personalized treatment plan.
Your session may include medication management, discussion of integrative or non-medication options, brief therapeutic support, and review or ordering of labs when clinically appropriate. Coaching support is available for those seeking guidance, structure, and accountability in personal or professional goals.

Non-Psychiatric/Non-Emergency Care
Online only. No Mental Health Concerns. Treatment of common non-urgent conditions, including minor cold and flu symptoms, minor UTI symptoms, BV, yeast infections, erectile dysfunction, sinus infection, cold sores, pink eye, minor allergic reactions, minor rashes, minor burns, refills (based on provider discretion), minor injuries (x-ray script for an outside vendor if needed), or STD Testing (external lab).
**We do not prescribe Narcotics (Oxycodone/hydrocodone/Percocet/codeine or codeine cough syrup) or detox medications (methadone/suboxone/Librium).
**A psychiatric session will be required for benzodiazepines (Xanax, Klonopin, and Valium), sleep aids, and ADHD medication (all medications are prescribed at the provider’s discretion).
**If you are experiencing chest discomfort, shortness of breath, leg swelling, confusion, severe headache, weakness, slurred speech, head injury, or suicidal/homicidal ideation, you should be evaluated in the Emergency Department Immediately by calling 911.
